LIMITED WARRANTY

WhiteRock Performance Gear Inc. (“WRPG”) warrants its Products to be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service from the date of original purchase for the period listed below.

This warranty is your exclusive warranty and there are no warranties that extend beyond the description contained here.  WRPG shall provide you with a replacement part or Product if the Product proves defective under the terms of this warranty.  The warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser and is not transferable and only applies if purchased from WRPG or from a reseller authorized by WRPG.  Proof of purchase must be provided to obtain warranty service.  Resellers do not have the right to change the terms and conditions of the warranty.

 

WRPG is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Product or from any malfunction.  The warranty shall not apply to any Product, or component thereof, which is not returned as stated above and/or which has been: (1) damaged through abuse, misuse, neglect or act of God. (2) damaged in an accident. (3) unreasonably used or used for any purpose for which the product was not intended . (4) altered or repaired in any way from its original configuration.  Normal wear and tear, including dents, scratches, slight warping and discoloration is not covered under this warranty.  Any implied warranties including the implied warranty of merchantability are also limited to the duration's indicated above.  This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from province to province, state to state and country to country.  Please carefully review any care instructions provided with the Product for proper use and care.

 

If you believe your Product is defective, please contact our Customer Service Department for instructions.  Do not return the Product until after having been instructed to do so by our Customer Service Representative.  Limited Warranty does not cover transportation arrangements and charges.
